Preface
Embarking on this module journey was like navigating unknown waters, weaving between the domains of concept development and podcast production. This transformative journey highlighted the interplay between creating media content and executing a project, deepening my understanding beyond what textbooks offer. With each twist and turn, the module's structured approach became the compass guiding us through a maze of creativity and pragmatism, aligning with our lofty learning goals.
Assessments:
The assignment entailed creating a podcast series focusing on various aspects of mental health. This project was structured as an eight-week venture, requiring skills in audio production, scriptwriting, interviewing, marketing, and financial management. The overarching aim was to create a podcast that was not only informative and engaging but also one that resonated with listeners on the sensitive topic of mental health.
The Group:
Our group consisted of diverse individuals, Kelsey, Freja, Jade, and Me, each bringing unique skills and perspectives. The collaboration required constant communication, adaptability, and mutual support, especially during challenging times. Team roles were dynamic, allowing members to engage in various aspects of the production, from technical tasks to creative contributions.
Collaboration and Communication
Communication was the cornerstone of our team's functionality. We held regular meetings, both in person and virtually, to discuss progress, brainstorm ideas, and address any emerging challenges. These meetings were essential in maintaining alignment on our goals and ensuring that everyone was on the same page. We used various tools like Slack for day-to-day communication and Trello for task management, which helped us keep track of individual and group responsibilities.
Role Allocation and Flexibility:
Roles within the team were allocated based on individual strengths and interests, but we maintained a flexible approach. This flexibility allowed team members to explore different areas of the project, contributing to their personal growth and keeping the work dynamic and engaging. For instance, someone primarily involved in scriptwriting could also contribute to marketing strategies or guest coordination.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Given the diversity of opinions and approaches, conflicts were unavoidable. However, we viewed these conflicts as opportunities for growth and learning. We adopted a constructive approach to problem-solving, where issues were openly discussed, and solutions were sought collaboratively. This approach not only resolved conflicts but also strengthened our team bond.
Support and Encouragement:
A key aspect of our group dynamics was the support and encouragement we extended to each other. Recognizing the stress and pressure that comes with such a project, we made sure to check in on each other's well-being. This support system was crucial in maintaining high morale and a positive working environment.
Learning from Each Other:
The diverse skill set within the team meant that there was a constant exchange of knowledge and skills. More experienced members in areas like audio editing or marketing took on mentorship roles, helping others upskill. This culture of learning was not just limited to technical skills but also extended to soft skills like communication, leadership, and teamwork.
Adapting to Challenges:
Our team's adaptability was tested several times during the project. Changes in guest availability, technical issues, and varying schedules required us to be flexible and quickly adapt our plans. This skill was crucial in keeping the project on track despite the obstacles.
Self-Reflection
Reflecting on this journey, I acknowledge the growth in my skills and the deepened understanding of the intricacies involved in podcast production. Facing challenges such as unexpected changes in guest availability and dealing with emotional strains within the team tested our adaptability and resilience. Feedback from peers and coaches was integral to our continuous improvement. It not only provided critical insights into our strengths and weaknesses but also fostered a culture of open communication and mutual learning.
Learning from the CARL (Context, Action, Results, Learning) framework, I realized the importance of self-awareness and reflection in personal and professional development. The challenges encountered, such as coordinating with guests and managing team dynamics under stress, taught me valuable lessons in patience, flexibility, and empathetic leadership. Handling different roles, I learned to balance various aspects of production, from technical to creative, and from planning to execution.
One significant learning was the importance of communication and planning, especially when dealing with external contributors like podcast guests. Additionally, the need for effective time management and prioritizing self-care became evident, as these directly impacted the team's productivity and enthusiasm.

Feedback overall
The feedback received throughout the project was a mix of encouragement and constructive criticism. Positive responses to our content and engagement strategies were encouraging, indicating our success in resonating with our target audience. However, the constructive feedback, particularly regarding sound quality and episode structure, was instrumental in guiding our improvements.
I realized the value of receiving feedback not as a critique but as a roadmap for growth. It encouraged me to refine my skills further, especially in areas like sound engineering and scriptwriting. The feedback on our marketing efforts led to a more targeted approach on platforms like Instagram, improving our reach and engagement. Elaborating further on the feedback received from team members, it's important to highlight that this feedback was a key aspect of our internal review and growth process. The team's feedback was characterized by its constructiveness, specificity, and regularity, which played a significant role in enhancing both individual and collective performance.
Constructive and Honest Feedback
I emphasized providing feedback that was not only honest but also constructive. This meant that comments were always paired with suggestions for improvement. For instance, if a team member pointed out an issue with the scripting of a podcast episode, I would also provide ideas on how it could be made more engaging or clearer for the audience.
Specific and Actionable Insights
Feedback from team members was specific and actionable. This specificity made it easier to implement changes. For example, feedback wasn't just "improve audio quality" but rather "reduce background noise in the recording by adjusting the mic settings or choosing a quieter location."
Regular Feedback Sessions
We had regular feedback sessions which were a part of our team meetings. These sessions were structured to allow each member to share their thoughts on various aspects of the project - from content creation to technical execution. This regularity ensured that issues were addressed and didn't escalate.
Focusing on Individual and Team Growth
Feedback often focuses on both individual growth and team development. As a Team, we are encouraged to reflect on their performance and identify areas for personal improvement. We did think a lot of all the team members regarding their personal situations, this caused too many times a delay on the all-over project. Eventually, we managed to finish all the documents but not in the smoothest way.

Conclusion
In conclusion, the "Mind Matters" podcast production was a transformative experience. It was a blend of creativity, technical skill, teamwork, and personal growth. The project not only allowed me to improve my technical competencies in podcast production but also fostered soft skills like communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Looking ahead, I aim to apply these learnings in future projects, continually refining my approach and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth. This project has been a testament to the power of collaborative effort and the continuous pursuit of learning and improvement.

Feedback Report Creative business 2
Preface
The first period of year 2 was a fantastic accomplishment I managed to pass the first year and I am very grateful for the good guidance and great people that I got to know. In this feedback report, I will shortly explain what the period was about, what I did in the group assessment, and go in-depth with the feedback that I have got.
Assessments
The first period of year two was Creative business two and this period has a very interesting topic, how to work in a professional organization and how to create a good management organization. The individual assessment was about your own employee journey and how you as an individual should follow this journey.
The period started in a really professional way by creating sub-companies, that will compete with each other for the client spinnin’ records.
Every group member would have a function such as CEO, COO, concept manager, etc.
By doing this everyone would understand how an organization works and what the benefits are of several theories that you can adapt to those structures and management motivations.
Our founder created a sub-company called pro-com and I applied to this company by sending out a motivation letter and a persona. I got accepted and started as a concept manager of the sub-company.

The client
The group assignment was about solving a recruitment problem for a media company in this case it was Spinnin’ records. The assignment was to create a concept report to create the best recruitment video. In this concept report, we conducted research and several analyses that will help the company create the best recruitment video and have a good overview of the company organization and how they function, The concept document will also mention what the benefits are of those structures and organizational conditions.

The group
The team worked very well because the structure in the team was very professional and everyone was working tight together as a little organization. Every deadline was included and there were no problems with the team. The only thing that was sometimes creating noise was the coronavirus that sadly contaminated some of the team members. Eventually, they came back after a week. If the team members got some issues with deadlines we as a team find always a solution to fix the problems. Our team delivered good quality with a very nice end product. To stay healthy as a group we had several lectures about internal communications, the starfish model, and how we should work with empathy. The team had good functionality because we shared the same values as individuals, this helped to create the vision of the sub-company. We had several roles, but in the end, we worked well along with each other by the horizontal structure that we had as a company.
My contribution
The position that I had was the concept manager of the sub-company. My role was to be responsible for creative concepts in the group. I was there for everyone that needed help and guidance, and my group members could trust me with many tasks. I was the positive thinker and the one that was solving the lack of creative ideas.
As the concept designer, I learned to help group members with their creative thoughts. This was helping several team members to speak more out and think out louder.
It was also very helpful for the ateliers in this way, we had several dialogs and had great feedback sessions at presentations.
In the concept document, I was responsible for the chapter about the motivational theory and the chapter where I talked about the generations and target audience. This was connected with the PO-fit article that I made together with a team member. Eventually, I also helped to create the script and make the storyboard by using photoshop and illustrator.
If someone had a nice idea I will brainstorm with them to make this more possible. In the storyboard we adapted it too, it was first drawn on paper as a beautiful cartoon, unfortunately, we wanted to have digital materials so we try to experiment with the program, and eventually, we knew how to draw the cartoons on a draw pad. Overall my contribution to the team helped to make the document stronger.
Feedback fruits
To get better insight and improve my way of working, I used several sources to get feedback. The biggest part of getting feedback was through the lectures and ateliers here I got good feedback about presenting and showing my employee journey. The feedback that I received was that sometimes I should focus better on my word choice when I am presenting I also got feedback for my employee journey, their advice was to get a better overview of my touchpoints. I did listen to this feedback and changed it to the best fitting style, with this useful feedback my employee journey visualization got a better look and feel. The received feedback on feedback fruits was this time in a more complete and professional way. The feedback was taken on eight different topics that are in a relationship with a professional work environment.
Relevant skills
The received feedback on my relevant skills is in general all very positive I am very happy that my team members are all very happy with the skills that I include in our group work. I also recognized myself in the phrase where Lisa wrote “something you ask and keep asking to understand it”. Here I got again one advanced en 2 expert level points
Mutual trust
My team members are very happy about how I create trust in the group. This helps them to have a good bond with me and the entire group. As an example, I always handed in everything on time this created a good mutual trust so we would not have any problems with deadlines.
Here I received again the same points as above mentioned.
Unified commitment
On this topic, my group gave again lots of great and good feedback. It shows me that my dedication was very good and this helps me to value my own contribution in a better way.
The level reach point is again one advanced and two expert.
Good communication
The received feedback on my communication part is perfect. This means that my focus on this learning goal in year one really made my communication better.
In general, I received useful feedback that help me release my level.
Negotiating skills
This is one of the points where I could do more and have a better focus for the next periods.
I got still have good and positive feedback but also a tip this tip will help me to improve my negotiating skills in future groups. I should be more constructive in giving feedback in group meetings. The level point stayed the same.
Appropriate leadership
The leadership topic is interesting my team members find me very inspiring and see great leadership skills. This positive feedback shows me that I really grew as a leader, even if I was not the leader of the group in this period.
Again the level points stayed the same.
Internal support
As a person, I am very supportive this skill helps me to create a supportive environment in the group. This is also confirmed by the feedback that I received.
In general, all feedback was positive and this is very nice to see and motivates me a lot to go for all my learning goals. The level points stayed again
Conclusion
This module was very challenging and I really know how I can function in an organization.
It made me realize that a good company structure can prevent a lot of miscommunications and problems. This period showed me also that I need to focus on offline presenting and try to be more proactive with giving feedback. Controlling my nerves is will be an improvement that I will work on in the next modules. In general, I can conclude that this period became a great success with many learning points and challenges.

Feedback Report Publishing 1
Preface
Welcome to the feedback report of publishing 1
This period was very challenging because it was very different everything was offline so there was more interaction between students and teachers.
You can learn more from your fellow students, this is because you can share ways of working.
This period was also challenging because I was chosen to be a writer in the team.
My skills became more professional and I am very happy I grew in this period.
My learning goal development is completed and I realized that if you try something that you don’t like you learn better and get knowledge faster.

The Assignment
For this module we got the assignment to write a magazine, for the employees of NHL-Stenden.
They gave us various article options for the magazine and it was very important to choose to have these articles in the magazine:
-
Cover page
-
Editorial
-
Table of content
-
Cover article
-
News Articles
-
New employees
-
Photo reportage
-
Trends and development
Plus 3 extra free to choose -
Spotlight article
-
Different department
-
Freestyle article
It was necessary to have a photographer, 2 designers, 3 writers.
I was one of the writers and started to do researchers with the other writers to discover content to write about. We did desk research and also used surveys to get closer to our target audience.
Eventually, we did interviews to get in-depth in our articles.
For the individual assignment, they gave us the assignment to create our own magazine that at least contained one article of minimal 450 words. It was very important to make a portfolio next to your magazine this portfolio would explain the most important decisions that were made in the magazine.

Group and Scrum
The group function very well and we got also our own group manager, she help us to follow the general rules for creating a magazine. We had every week 3 scrum meeting to see what our process was.
The use of scrum was very useful for our planning and it was moderate to have it.
We as a group worked very well and although some team members were not that active, we still manage to have a complete end product.
We had six members so there we enough hands that could deliver content. Our communication was through WhatsApp and we had a shared drive on google drive. It was very nice to meet the members in real life is created in a short time a very strong and trustful connection.
Contribution
My contribution was being the writer and the all-around helper when it was needed.
I did 2 articles by myself one big one and one smaller and less important. I worked also on the third one with a team member eventually she wrote it and I did the research for it. My task was also to create a good ambiance in the group and try to connect everyone with each other.
The survey was made by me and I also went to 45 persons to let them get answered by employees.
It was very difficult to find participants, but I discover many different places in the university.
Feedback Fruits
I only got good feedback on the feedback fruit page and I am very happy that everyone was so good to me. Also, the teachers loved my Ideas.
My teammates told me I am a hard worker who always is helping when needed.
I am glad that my hard work is appreciated!
This time we also got feedback from the teachers throughout feedback fruit.
It was very useful to see where your mistakes were. There was also a feedback session that you got feedback from the whole group. I found every feedback useful but a few persons could be more critical on some points.
(In the show-case, you can view the feedback fruits PDF files)
Feedback others
For the articles that I wrote, I also got permission from the interview persons, and they had some comments to improve ways of writing. I got feedback from Lars Vinnema and he help me to make my article about the different departments more complete.
Conclusion
This module was very different because it was the first time that we were all together in the university.
It was a very different experience and I have learned many different ways of working.
I am very glad that we have again the opportunity to work and do everything at the university.
Feedback Report Marketing 1
Preface
Welcome to my individual reflection!
In the next pages I will explain what I did in the last period, Marketing 1.
This will contain information about my role in the group, which content I delivered,
my assessments and describe the feedback I received and delivered.
The content will contain information about the feedback fruits and content about our made Marketing communication Plan.
I am happy that I had the experience of working for a real client. It gave me new insight into how important team effort is. The team did not work always perfectly and sometimes there was some 'noise" in between communication. This made me realize that a good role and team structure is the key to success. Working in a group can sometimes create some tension between team members.
But that is just a learning moment, learning from faults helps better prepare in the future.
At the end of this journey, I am proud that we did the work and tried to make c the best out of it
The product was very promising, and this means we did an excellent job.
The Assignment
They gave us the assignment to create a marketing communication-plan for a real client.
This plan had various criteria such as:
-
The Apa rules
-
Maximum of 25 pages without the appendix
-
Situation description
-
Brand analysis
-
Target audience analysis
-
Positioning and message strategy
-
Objectives
-
Creative Strategy
-
Media strategy
-
The appendices
The main goal of the assignment was to find a solution to the lack of brand awareness of the singer More Ease and the solution should be written in a marketing communications plan.
The client (Phonic Artist Management) is an artist management company who has its focus on young new local artists.
They asked to create mostly online solutions to give More Eases brand awareness a boost.
We had several meetings with Phonic and met one of the owners Marcel Durik.
After the meeting with Phonic Artist management, we had also a meeting with More Ease, here we could ask him questions that could help to give the best insights to use for the assignment.
As a group we did after the meetings, first desk research to find out what the target group of the artist is. We divided the task, and everyone found different channels with useful information.
The client told us also that they wanted to use Instagram as one of the most important channels and that the tik-tok channel of more ease should get a boost, to get easily viral on the trending social-media channel. We did separate research and discussed it in one of our meetings.
After those meetings we created a general survey and used the information's that we learned with one of the Collaboration Courses. The survey was sent throughout the whole of the university with a link that was created so all students could send it to people that belonged to the certain target group of More Ease.
When we received all the information of the survey, we needed to get all the data and arrange everything in Spss we needed to code answers and give them numbers. This was a lot of work.
Eventually we had a word document with all the percentage and the most relevant questions.
Next step to see the overview of the desires of the target group, it was necessary to create statistics.
With those statistics the reader or the client could see the desires of the target group in just an eye wink.
We got Collaboration courses about budgeting brand awareness, brand identity, survey conducting, and data editing in Spss.
All those courses were especially useful to adept on the assignments.
In the ateliers with Ewald Chocolaad we got good guidance on how we should conduct the information and come to the most useful conclusions for the assignment.
As an example, he said that we needed to make an infographic of phonic, after that he asked what our favorite brand or artist was and found out what the CBBE model was of the choose artist.
Our group chose Rihanna because we thought it was useful to practice with an artist then a brand. So, we could adapt subjects that we learned with the ateliers directly on More Ease and the chapters.
It was always important to present the content that was taught to the ateliers before, this was important to get feedback from the teacher and the other groups.
Other important content was taught are the ateliers where he talked about the creative appeals of marketing campaigns and how to get the attention of the audience with something simple and interesting.
With those assignments our group had a good preparation to create the best content for our marketing communication plan. We choose to use the humoristic appeal for the campaign of More Ease.
This was a key component of our Tik-Tok idea.

Group
The name of our group was M.A that is standing for Modern Aspiration
We created this idea by looking at our initials, Mart, Michelle, Aline Aminta, Anthony.
Then we looked at different word combinations and found those words the best fit.
I created the logo with Photoshop.
The colors that are used in our logo are the colors of our Zodiac signs.
We created different kind of roles in our group not like the ones we were teach a period before such as: Navigator, Explorer, Driver ext. This was original but not the most useful way of working.
Our group was created with too many drivers, and this created sometimes noise and disagreements.
In our group's original dividing of the roles, I was the Art director.
Aminata was the CEO and Michelle was the COO, Alina was the Chief Editor, Head designer.
If we should follow these rules, I should give a go to the designs of the project and create the creative content ideas and filter the best ones out.
This did not happen because most of the members did not agree with the choices made and did not accept the choices of the people that were responsible for the various kinds of work.
The extra meetings and the sessions to agree on work took too many hours and could be avoided by having a different group structure and in the end, we managed to still create a decent work.
We choose (not me) that everyone should write separately all the chapters of the marketing communication plan. This way of working gave a boost to our writing skills but was not that efficient.
Because it took too much time to merge all the chapters that everyone wrote. Besides, in this way you will be judged by the quality of writing but not the quality of the content.
This was not my greatest skill, because I am not the best writer and the team thought that I did not took much effort, because of the lack of Grammer and some spell faults. I told them that for me it takes a little bit more time to generate a good written text.
They told me that they understand that there could be different levels of English, so they helped me with editing the text and my vocabulary.
It could be more efficient to focus everyone on one chapter and then try to merge them all in one M.C or everyone focuses on their qualities and takes the task that suits them the most.

This does not mean that the teamwork did not work, it worked but if we make a group next time, we should start with a good group character canvas.
Besides many disagreements around some decisions, we did create a good relationship with each other and had many fun chats besides our work.
The positive side in this period was that we all learned to work together. Another point that we learned is working with problems and solving them without the use of one of the teachers.
Grasple
This was an incredibly challenging learning device because of the math that was given.
But after lots of effort and finishing all 48 assignments. I knew how to make statistics, formulas for Spss, and lots of other functions that can help to come with the most calculated outcomes.
Grasple is very useful and teaches you until you find the good answers. I found it an interesting way of learning. Thanks to Grasple I managed to make all the statistics for the MC plan.
It also helped with researching
If you wanted to calculate the median or the average on various levels
Defense
Another challenge was the defense, all the team members were nervous about this. You did not know what they could ask and how.
I was good prepared and manage to get an 8!!
This made me incredibly happy. This showed that I still learned many things from this module and became a little marketing expert.
We had the defense of the report with our mentor/teacher Ewald Chocolaad and I managed to give an answer to all the ask questions. He said that if you had contributed a lot, you would automatically pass the defense.

Feedback Fruits

We had this time 3 times that we needed to do the feedback fruits
I got positive feedback and sometimes also a lot of suggestions depending on the phase we were in the module. I learned from this to acknowledge mistake that I made and that I need to improve.

The first feedback fruit session.
Showed that I was very pro-active in the group and tried to do too much at ones.
It also shows my mistakes and weaknesses.
My Role
I was the art director, so my role was to control the designs and give advice for improvement.
I mostly worked closely with Marta to create the best content for our presentations and layouts.
My role was also to give the group more creative ideas.
Sadly, not everyone wanted to focus on the campaigns and the creative concepting. The biggest part of the group was more concerned about the paperwork than the exact campaigns for the client.
This way of working lowered my motivation, but I did try to make the best out of it and did what they asked me to do.
Contribution
My contribution to the team was in many ways such as:
Challenge them with critical opinions, writing all the chapters in my own words trying to create the most original text to stand out, be the creative flower, trying to help in every way possible and creating a nice work experience.
I did all the statistics and helped with every question that my teammates had. We had many meetings and I always participated, the only thing that could be improved was being punctual.
In our other group it was not a big problem if we were 3 or 5 mins later. Some team members of the group could not stand those little problems. I learned to be more punctual even for the less important team meetings
I did much research for the group and helped with articles that were in Dutch, translated them and make summaries so they could add it to the chapters. These were not always the most fun task, but I still did it. I helped with all the layouts and presentations. Most of my contribution was showing them diverse ways of reaching the top. Unfortunately, they were too afraid to dare more.
Next period I will try to come over in a very professional way to encourage the team with a different emotion and not with kindness.

The second feedback fruit session showed that I was very committed to the project and tried to make the best out of the group.
We were then still working very well. Although some tensions.

The third feedback fruit session was the longest one and I found out that I should improve my English level.
The group was not the greatest group I had but we managed to learn from each other and deliver a product. Miscommunication is often made because of lack of communication online and noise around it. Next periods will be better because everything will be offline again.
Conclusion
This module was challenging for me but in the end, I have learned to manage many obstacles.
A team can be difficult, but I have learned to adept and to receive various kinds of feedback.
I came also to the conclusion that I need to practice my English skills and should ask help for that next period, although my level is has grown a lot since the beginning of the study. I cannot wait to become a professional in this sector!!!

For this period, I could say, I have contributed a lot. People could see me as a smooth operator, and I am that person that try to merge everyone and create a good group environment. I did also help the team members to create creative ideas and used my experience in concept thinking. This because I am already graduated as a concept, realization designer. I let the group knew that we needed to follow our hours and needed to make a group cooperation I discussed this already before the teacher told us. Because of my experience in teamwork, I already made an example file to fill the hours in. I knew also that we needed to have a shared drive to work on, usually I will use One Drive, but I realized we could also use just Microsoft Teams under documents. The most important thing what I always do to contribute to the team is being positive and trying to give a good perspective of the future assignments ‘’we will be the best” I say that a lot, this help to motivate the others and myself. The logo is visualized by me with help of the team members. It has the J because of the first letter of our team's name and a speak cloud that represent that we are outspoken, the college hat is standing for the Uni.
Media landscape assignment

One important thing that I contribute in de creating of our visualization is to create a persona. I was already known with this kind of work and help the group members to fill together the persona. The idea of Joy, Marta and mines were merge, and this created the idea to develop an Instagram with an overview about the media landscape I helped Marta to finish it and gave her advice how it should be presented. Eventually she created the layout and I helped her with one of the tasks like making the little mind maps. The story for the promotion of the Instagram is made by me and visualized by Marta and me. I ask the whole group how to create the story line and ask if they found it a nice addition. I tried to help Simone with understanding how to be creative and he made also at the end a little presentation around de visualization. Sometimes I can be to outspoken that why I encourage Jena to have more an opinion and talk more, now she is feeling more comfortable in the Team.

Contribution
Another thing that I did and contribute to the team is my knowledge in the adobe programs. I helped with the visualization to give it a smooth finish. Unless my experience in the programs and designing. I did let the others to work on their creative skills and let them do a lot in the visualization we are a team, and everyone needs to learn with small steps first. My contribution in the research of the assignment was the part of the music industry.
I created the content for that part of our visualization this part was together with Tv one of the focus of our visualization and that is also why they have 3 more post on our Instagram. At least I created a video for the highlight of our page. This is an example how every highlight could have it short video with a student attached to it that is willing to explain the sector.
I feel that I did it great this assignment. I tried to learn from everyone and to help everyone that needs some guidance. Unfortunately, there were also some obstacles, like team members that did not show up and did not finish their work properly. This was not something new for me, but I never solved that fast and without big problems like this time. After a good talk, the problems in the group were solved and we could help each other and focus on a better teamwork next time. About the visualization we did a splendid work the Instagram match good with our target audience. This is because Instagram is still a great platform to share content in an interesting way. It belongs also to the new ways of media sharing. It is assessable for everyone and has a positive appealing, something that is important in times like corona people desire joy, colors, and entertainment.
The text on the post are minimal but good explained people would consider these kind of information sources than others because of the fast way of information sharing. Our generation wants to have faster information not big, long texts. The extra addition of the promotion of the Instagram is also an excellent choice. This meant we did more than just the visualization and thought about the approach of the visualization. I think the client would appreciate this even more. The way of presenting/selling our visualization needs some improvement. I think I could try to learn next time to make shorter and catchy presentations and presentations skills. Another thing that I think that could be improved is the way of filming blogs and video. It is a whole work to make a good and appealing video, without being unprofessional.
BMC
At first, I was really stressed about creating and changing a business model.
It is a part of me that is less develop business is a challenge and I thought this module would be the same but I was to stressed for nothing.
We needed to pick a Company of the media landscape I told to the group mates that we should chose 1 company we liked.
I produced Sony pictures, but this one was too big and broad to focus on.
Other group members came with.
Pinterest this company has a unique platform that haves an interesting business model
We all agree to choose this company and started to create the business model canvas.
After following a few lessons, we divided the work and I got to do the
Key partners and the channels.
I was also responsible for the visualization of the business model.
At first, I thought that I would fail but with support of my team members I finish the research and applied it in the BMC report. I got the advice to stress less and trust more on my command sense.
I presented twice this was for one of the progress presentations.
Every time when there was question, I would help or support my group members.
So, the teacher would have a sharp vision about our learning progress.
I learned that business can be creative and that, there are many thought behind working business models.

Wicked problem
The wicked problem was about Facebook. How Facebook could solve problem such as privacy lacking and having less users. We created a few ideas to solve the problems and to give Facebook a better image as a team we wanted to create ways
to make Facebook more sustainable and less depended on the degree of use of the applications, we decided to create:
-
Network pods
-
User verification
-
Timer
-
Mental health helpline
-
Make it more accessible for business owners to promote their product
It was a subtle way to apply the knowledge that I learned with making the BMC of Pinterest.
As a team we develop amazingly fast a BMC and a presentation everyone presented their part and we answered the questions.
We still did not receive a lot of feedback because the assignment is now being graded.
Role

My role in the team was being the driver of the group, this was also obvious in many aspects. I arranged the meeting gave people task and listen to everyone’s ideas to merge them and great one big solution for the assignment. My only trouble is sometimes being too nice to everyone. It is difficult for me to give bad feedback and to kick someone out the group, if needed. I want to improve being harsher in the future, better with problems and how to react if someone is doing nothing, with being polite and not rude. Unless being too nice I have tried to think about everyone’s culture background that could also have contribute to being less harsh with the team rules. Although I did a splendid work to guide this group in our first assignment, I tried to give everyone a positive drive and to motivate them to have fun in their work. We planned everything weekly and had for every week a planning what to finish that week. The weekly day planning was planned with our WhatsApp group. We planned here every meeting and things that needed to be finish in the next meeting. I also made a checklist to have everything complete. As a group we followed DBE kit and started with the real-life issue and our method was making the persona. The phase determines the question method with a mind map. The phase generate was made with a mood board etc. It is a wonderful way of work and to have the best outcome of ideas and quality of your assignment. I received in general good and positive feedback from my group mates. They said I was a great leader in many ways and sad I gave good positive feelings to the group environment. Of course, I also received feedback to improve like trying to be harsher when needed and more consequent. Trying to be less emotional and more professional in a way with things like writing but also with presenting. I received this feedback trough feedback fruits.
Conclusion Period

I am happy how I developed these projects, and it was a nice start of this study. It gave me a good overview about the whole sector and future jobs that are available in this sector. Working in a group can sometimes create some tension in-between de team members. But that is just a learning moment, learning form faults helps better preparing in the future.

Assignment Feedback Media landscape

We received as a group a few things to improve on our visualization. The teacher told us to show the whole media landscape clearer in the Instagram. and we improve this to give our Instagram post assorted colors and more post. The client told us to use a different font on our Instagram post and to add some captions under the picture. We did not change the font because we could not finish it before the deadline. We realized that we should have done a font research before using this one. The purpose of this font was to create a positive and happy feeling for the follower. We did take the suggestion to create captions under the post and the captions were written down. They client loved our Instagram page and said it was a wonderful way to interact with the younger generations. The step to read information and gather it is lower on Instagram, because it less time consuming and take less devotion. From other teams we received mostly positive feedback. They loved our way of
presenting it and how we showed the media landscape in a nice overview. We did not receive any suggestions
Assignment Feedback BMC

I followed the lessons of Jan Anno to have more knowledge about the BMC
and I often ask questions and interacted with the teacher.
We needed to present several little presentations each time about our progress
Mostly every time we received helpful feedback from other groups
They said the liked the way how we explained the BMC and after every presentation Jan Anno also
gave helpful feedback. He also told us what to improve such ass some information that was lacking and how we could improve this lacking information and change it.
A tip what I got from the team members is to stress less when the subject is unknown inform yourself in a relax environment and everything would be less difficult.
A top would be that I always want to but a lot of effort in the work.
and unless being unknown about a subject I still can take the position of the driver.
